Yoga pose of the week: Bow Pose

To begin, lie on your stomach with your arms at your sides. Bend your knees and bring your heels near your lower back. Reach back and grab your ankles while letting your weight rest on your stomach. Keep your knees off the ground by pulling on your angles. Continue with five deep breathes while focusing on feeling the full stretch.
