Yoga Pose of the Week: Chair Pose

Begin by standing upright, feet together. Put your hands together in prayer position and lift them above your head with the inside of your arms touching your ears. Separate your hands, arms still touching your ears. Bend at the knees, feet still together, as if sitting in an invisible chair. If you are unable to go that low at first, just go as far down as you are comfortable with. Keep your weight on your heels and hold for 25 seconds.
